Today's workout

I did about 2 miles racewalking on the treadmill to warm up for my weight training class, and then I went to class and did my physical therapy exercises plus a few push-ups and a whole lot of abs (plank, side plank, hip raises (lower abs), toe touches for upper abs & obliques, and something else that escapes me at the moment).
