Bummer. I am feeling worse today. Definitely have the virus that my kids had last week :(. Oh well. So, I'm going to take a rest day and do the 6 miles I had planned on another day (when I was going to do cross-training). Hopefully the rest today will make me stronger tomorrow so that I can do my track workout. It's supposed to be 70 and sunny tomorrow - that would be fabulous weather for it!
I still have to watch the kids today, though. So far they have been pretty good, thankfully.

Sorry you're not feeling well, Tammy. On the other hand, you must be reassured that the problems of the 18-miler weren't due to the distance!
