Tuesday: 30 min easy, and 3 x 400m @ 10K pace. I did the 400s a bit fast, which probably defeated the purpose. I did them in 2:16, 2:16, and 2:13. After that, I taught the racewalking clinic, so I got in a lot more walking (not sure how much, but a decent amount, chasing people around the track and helping them w/their technique).
Wednesday: biked to weight training and lifted for 50 minutes; total body workout including abs.
It's nice having an easier week of workouts after the last few weeks when I've pushed really hard. It's good to give my body a break!
