Today I was recovering from the hard intervals yesterday. I feel fine, but took it very easy and did 2 loops of SugarHouse Park plus a few extra blocks on the end in just over 1 hour. Probably about 10:45-11:00/mile pace for most of it, and maybe even some 11:15-ish pace. My average heart rate was 135. I think my technique is getting better because my HR is lower at the slower paces than it used to be. Either that, or I'm getting fitter.

WW today - weighed in at the exact same weight I was at the end of March and in the middle of April when I went. I have been trying to lose a bit but not very hard. I need to ramp up the efforts; I'd like to be 4 lbs less for the big race in August!
