Friday: Biked to weight training and did a hard total body workout. Did lots of pushups. My chest is a bit sore today.
Saturday: Woke at 5 am sick to my stomach. I thought I was going to throw up, but the nausea passed. Needless to say, I didn't go work out. I might go for an easy walk later. I feel much better now (1 pm) and was able to eat a small lunch. Actually, I feel surprisingly normal.
