I did long intervals at race pace this morning on the indoor track (it was cold; just above freezing and I was feeling wimpy!) and it went great. I did 1 mile warm-up and cool-down w/stretching, and 3 x 1 mile at 9:30 for goal pace. My actual pace was 9:17, 9:20, and 9:20 for each mile. Fast, I know, but I felt so good and it was fun, so why not?

I took some fun pics of the kids at the park but no time to post them now. We got a Wii (finally able to get one after LOTS of trying!) and Loren wants to play it with me :).
