6:15 am

In 20 minutes, at 6:15 am, I'll be out the door for my spinning class. I'm not really looking forward to it. I guess it really isn't my thing, but at least I tried it. I have just 2 classes left, this Tuesday & Thursday, and then it's over.

Yesterday I did a good racewalking workout: warm-up for 1600m, flexibility drills, then 12x400m in 2:18. Then I did 1600m cool-down and stretched. My actual times varied from 2:14 to 2:19 (only one at 2:19), and it wasn't too hard to do. Next time I'll speed up my goal pace, but I wanted to ease into my faster workouts, since I've been doing mostly slower stuff earlier this year.
