Sunday workout: 6K easy racewalking
Monday workout: 10 min easy racewalking to warm up, then total body weight training.
Tuesday workout: 1 hour tempo workout. Didn't quite keep tempo; maybe 10:15 per mile is too ambitious for my 1/2 marathon? We'll see.

Now I'm at work and having lunch (yup from 2:30 - 3 pm; been busy). I have been taking pictures of slides of regenerating newt spinal cords. 657 pictures taken today, so far. Whew.

Updated photo total: about 1000. My colleague is assembling them to make a 3-D picture of the regenerating spinal cord in the newt. Really cool.
