Friday workout

Tried out my new heart rate monitor, a Polar F6, and it was pretty good. It has a backlight (yay!), tracks your time in zone (which it will determine by any of 4 different methods), calculates calories burned, synchs to my computer, keeps track of your last 12 workouts on the watch and even more on the computer, and is generally superior to my old one in every way, except for the crummy stopwatch. It only counts up, does not do lap times, and if you want to reset the stopwatch you have to start a new workout. Ummm, hellooooo?

OK, my workout... 15 min racewalking to warm up, and then weight training class. Nothing particularly remarkable about either. I'm happy it's Friday!
