balloon sadness
Had to happen sooner or later. Today, we got some balloons at Dan's (grocery store), and Calvin let go of his getting out of the car :(. He was VERY upset for about 10 minutes and cried a lot. I felt pretty sorry for the poor little guy, and gave him lots of hugs and some strawberries. Now he seems better.

This is one of Alex's fears. Yesterday we had balloons with cookie cutters on them to weigh them down, yet she STILL wouldn't let go for anything, for fear of losing the balloon. It's a good life lesson, don't you think - sometimes all it takes is one mistake and an opportunity is gone forever...
