More canning

 
Today I finished canning the peaches and pears. Whew. This photo is Thursday's batch of canning: cinnamon pear jam (with Splenda instead of sugar), cinnamon peaches, cinnamon pears, and peach jam. Today I made 12 pints of "pearsauce" - the same thing as applesauce, only with pears instead. It tasted really good! It's going to be great to eat all of these in the middle of the winter, and give them away as gifts, too.

Wow, that is a lot of canning! I also just canned some raspberries (delivered from Utah no less), and the last of my okra (pickled them). How funny that we have yet another hobby in common! Hope training is going well!
