Busy day yesterday, so I didn't post. My cross-training consisted of the following: 1) 30' on the elliptical at the gym (4.22 miles), 2) weight training for 30 min + core with Lisa, and 3) biking up the hill to work (23' or so).
I was very tired and wanted to go to bed early, but I'm reading a friend's masters' thesis and was up a bit late working on it. I'm still not done and am meeting with her at 3pm today. Yikes! I'll fit it in somehow.
