cross-training

Rowing (10 min), elliptical (20 min), weight training and core (30 min). Then I biked to work (25 min).

It's my mom's birthday, so I made dinner for everyone to celebrate. Homemade whole-wheat spaghetti (yup, used my pasta machine!), salad, spaghetti squash, and chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake for dessert. Happy Birthday, Mom!
