I'm a bit bummed :(, because my left leg muscle is still hurting from Saturday's fall. It's better than yesterday, but it still hurts and I just didn't want to chance it. So I'll do my 5K fartlek either tomorrow or Thursday, depending on what my coach thinks. I am hoping it'll be better by tomorrow.
It was nice to have a day off, anyway...I thought about doing elliptical instead but after yesterday (it hurt a bit after 20 min) I decided that just rest would be good. I helped the kiddos more with getting ready for school and sat around and drank coffee and read the paper. I can't complain about that :).
