I'm quite sore in my left hip/upper leg from Saturday's sidewalk crack trip. Not sure which muscle but it really pulls today. I got on the elliptical instead of doing my 8K racewalking, and even after 20 min elliptical it was bothering me and I had to switch to the stationary bike, which didn't hurt. Darn it.
I am hoping it feels better tomorrow and I can do a 5K fartlek. But I know it was the right call to cross-train today. Grrrr. The offender is pictured below. I took a photo on my second loop because I was so annoyed :(.
