Had some work issues yesterday that were a bit upsetting. Nothing really bad, but it wore me out. Didn't sleep well.
Woke up and just didn't care about working out. Every time I try I just feel crappy afterward, so what's the point?
I know that this will pass. I'm just in a period of difficulty and have to get through one day at a time. I will try again tomorrow to be a bit more motivated, work out, etc. Today is just survival.
