I'm pretty tired. It's been a decent week, but I'm tired all the same. I swore I wasn't going to can any more this fall, but then I got an order of spices from
Penzey's, and included was candied ginger. I couldn't resist making my favorite recipe w/a few of the pears we have left from our tree - gingered pear jam. I now have seven 8oz jars and four 4oz jars cooling on my counter. I can't wait to try it!
