The good news

The good news is that despite the lousy race, I lost 2.2 lb this week, bringing my total to 92.8 lb lost. I have ONLY 2 lb to go!!!

From February 2005-December 2006, I lost 105 lb on Weight Watchers and went from couch potato to amateur racewalker (...AND I had a baby along the way, in June 2006!).
